There have been times when the mousepad would suddenly stop working for a while then start working again randomly. As of right now the mousepad does work, and PERHAPS since it is factory reset you would not run into that issue at all, but that is not guaranteed. It connects very well with wire headphones and anything with a USB port. If not connected, battery may deplete quicker if large applications are opened but should be fine with smaller ones. I’m not sure if this is the case after resetting but in order to use any of the button on the top of the keyboard, such as the volume and brightness keys, you need to hold FN in order to do so. I think that can be changed in settings though.
